If you are not happy with your purchase once it has been delivered to you but it is not faulty or damaged, you may return or exchange the goods within 30 days of receipt of goods. The product you return must be unused and in the same condition that you initially received in the original packaging. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the goods and taking reasonable care of them until their return. We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged or lost during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any breakages. You are responsible for the postage cost of returns.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us the next working day if you receive a faulty or damaged good(s).
Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.
For deliveries outside the UK, our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and or taxes. These may be levied once the item(s) reach the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.
All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service.
