All goods will be wrapped and packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery. If an item is not in stock or we anticipate delays we will let you know. 

Our orders are usually despatched at 2pm so do place your orders before 1pm to ensure a swift despatch.

We use Royal Mail 48hr service for UK orders and either Royal Mail or DHL for international.

Gift Receipt

The packing slip does not display prices, if you would like a VAT receipt emailed to you, please email shop@lunaandcurious.com

Exchange

Please email the store to arrange an exchange. 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase once it has been delivered to you but it is not faulty or damaged, you may return or exchange the goods within 30 days of receipt of goods. The product you return must be unused and in the same condition that you initially received in the original packaging. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the goods and taking reasonable care of them until their return. We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged or lost during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any breakages. You are responsible for the postage cost of returns. Alternatively you can return the items in person at the store.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us the next working day if you receive a faulty or damaged good(s).

Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.

**EU Update - 12 / 08 / 2026**

If you’re one of our lovely EU customers, we have a small update to share.

New EU packaging regulations (PPWR) are now coming into effect (12/8/26), bringing additional requirements for businesses selling and shipping products into the EU.

As a small independent shop, we’re taking some time to understand exactly what these new rules mean for Luna & Curious and what we need to put in place.

What we’re doing:

• Reviewing the requirements applicable to our business
• Assessing our current packaging and processes
• Completing any necessary registrations and compliance measures
• Making any required operational changes

We’re very much hoping to welcome our EU customers back as soon as we can — and we really appreciate your patience and support in the meantime. 

Overseas Deliveries

For deliveries outside the UK, our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and or taxes. These may be levied once the item(s) reach the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.

All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service.
