Returns

All returns will be issued with a pre-paid returns label, and a small fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to receive store credit instead of a refund the £2.99 return fee will be waived.

You can alternatively choose your own carrier or return in store.

If you have a gift receipt or proof of purchase then we would be happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

We can only offer exchanges in store only. At Luna & Curious we work on a slow fashion ethos so do not carry vast lines of stock, in order not to be disappointed we suggest you place an additional order.

Non-Faulty Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is not faulty or damaged, you may return or exchange the goods within 30 days of receiving them. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. Please ensure that the items are securely wrapped and packaged to avoid any breakages during transit. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the goods until they are returned to us.

For non-faulty returns, please register your return through our returns portal. Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that the original delivery and collection charges will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within the next working day. We will arrange for the collection of the faulty or damaged goods and provide you with a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

All refunds will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

International Returns:

Please contact shop@lunaandcurious.com as international returns can not be processed through our portal.
